Supply Lists

Tis the season... to come back to school!  As many of you are preparing your school supplies for the upcoming school year, here is some advice on how to prep for French class at FHHS.

If you have studied with me in the past, you probably have a system in place that works for you.  If you are new to studying French or would like a refresher, here's my advice.  A binder is a great way to organize your French notes and handouts- and there will be a lot!  We use a lot of materials that are not from a textbook, and a binder is a great way to keep things organized.  If you are a flashcard kind of guy or gal, index cards are a great idea as well.  Bring a pen or pencil everyday to class.  I am partial to pencil use, but it's up to you what works best for you.  I am not opposed to colored pens!  You will definitely need some looseleaf paper for notes, activities, and pop quizzes.  We do occasionally use coloring tools such as colored pencils and markers.  I will provide them for you, but I know some of you have a preference for Crayola over Rose Art.  If you are one of those people, please feel free to bring your own!

Other than that, I can't think of anything you'll need other than a good attitude and your best efforts.

See you soon!
